Open Statement: Call for Commitment to Peace, Justice, and Human Dignity in Thailand and Cambodia
Our CID President, Chanroeun Pa, along with regional scholars and civil society leaders, issues an urgent statement urging Thailand, Cambodia, and ASEAN to uphold peace, justice, and human dignity. Border tensions must be addressed through dialogue, accountability, and adherence to international law. Conflict incurs a human cost, and cooperation is the only way forward.
