As Machiavelli illustrated in The Prince and Kautilya in Arthashastra, understanding the dynamics of politics and its challenges is essential for anyone aspiring to engage as a political or social entity or seeking a deeper comprehension of political action and power in a world defined by competition and cooperation, conflict and resolution.
This training course is aimed at students, youth, government officials, civil society organizations, and individuals interested in politics, political behavior, political phenomena, and the interplay between politics and power. The course is designed to enhance skills in political analysis and deepen understanding of political phenomena at both national and international levels.
🎯 Objectives of the training
- Provide participants with foundational knowledge of political principles, power dynamics, political theories, and significant political identities.
- Enhance skills in political analysis and familiarize participants with political analysis tools.
- Equip participants with an understanding of realist politics and the strategies politicians employ to gain and maintain power.
- Clarify the role and authority of parliament according to political science theory and constitutional law.
